BootUp Leadership and Coaching Institute

BootUp is excited to announce the Leadership and Coaching Institute, a program designed to develop transformational leaders in Computer Science (CS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) education.
 
Through a four-module academy, participants will build the knowledge, skills, and leadership capacity to mentor educators, influence instructional practice, and lead sustainable, equity-centered CS and AI initiatives in their communities.
The institute blends live and self-paced learning, giving participants opportunities to collaborate with peers, reflect on their practice, and apply what they learn in real settings.
 
Participants can earn:
  • Badges for the completion of each individual module.
  • A BootUp PD Certificate of Completion after finishing the Institute.

What's Covered?

 

Participants develop transformational coaching and leadership skills, examine assumptions about who belongs in computing, and learn to use equity audits to uncover and address biases and systemic barriers in curriculum, instruction, and student learning experiences.
