Superintendent, Park City School District
Dr. Ember Conley has served Park City School District as Superintendent since 2013. She has devoted her career to education as a middle school math teacher, high school assistant principal, high school principal, elementary principal, assessment director, deputy superintendent, and superintendent. In 2010, she graduated from Argosy University with her doctoral degree, focused on K-12 Leadership in Curriculum and Instruction. She was awarded the Arizona School Administrators Outstanding Dissertation in 2010 for her research in the learning styles of Native American Students. She received her Masters of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado, Denver with a degree in Administrative Leadership with an emphasis in Policy Studies in 2004, and received her Bachelor of Science Degree, Cum Laude, from the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Arizona State University.
She is currently on the National Governing Board for American Association of School Administrations, Past President for Utah ASCD, and serves on the Executive Board for the Horace Mann League.
Ember was born in Moab, Utah, but grew up in the Dolores River Valley in Colorado. The family business had locations in Colorado and Arizona and she has spent the majority of her life in both states. She thoroughly loves Park City and is very dedicated to the students in the district.
